Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us.

As we are a small business, we do not offer refunds.

We only provide exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged when delivered.
  • You received the wrong size or wrong product.

Exchange Conditions

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong item claims.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Exchange requests without proof may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind.
  • Color variations due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Slight measurement differences (1–2 cm).
  • Used, washed or damaged items after delivery.

Refunds are not available.

Exchange Shipping Charges: Customers are required to pay the exchange shipping charges. The amount paid will be provided as store credit, which can be redeemed on the customer’s next purchase
